Acceptance of the EULA is required before purchasing, starting a Trial or activating Estate Office Property Tour whenever the relevant process requires it.

Licensor and subject of the license

The EULA covers the Estate Office Property Tour plug-in, its code, interface, documentation, updates, license key and activation and update server services.

Scope of the license granted

After successfully purchasing or generating a Trial, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license to install and use the plug-in in accordance with the selected package.
The license covers the number of domains and the period indicated in the package. The lifetime license is indefinite for the purchased version of the product and the conditions indicated in the offer, except for cases of EULA violation.
The license does not transfer copyrights, rights to the brand, name, licensing infrastructure or the right to resell the plug-in or key.

Permitted use

Customer may create, edit and publish virtual tours on their own site or on a site operated for their organization within the limits of the number of domains covered by the license.
Customer may backup the plugin and walks data together with a copy of their WordPress installation and use shared updates during the active update period.
The rights to materials added by the Customer remain with their owners. The client is responsible for having the rights and consents necessary to use and publish these materials.

License restrictions

You are prohibited from selling, sublicensing, renting or making publicly available the license key, or offering the plug-in as a stand-alone product under a different name.
It is prohibited to circumvent the licensing mechanism, remove authorship marks, generate unauthorized keys, interfere with the license server or automatically load its infrastructure.
The plug-in cannot be used to publish illegal content that violates the privacy, copyright, personal rights or other rights of third parties.

Updates, Compatibility and External Services

Updates may include security, compatibility, bug fixes, and new features. Customer should back up and test in their environment before upgrading.
The operation of the plugin depends on the WordPress environment, PHP, browser, hosting and panoramic files used. The licensor does not guarantee compliance with any modification or outdated component of the website.
Components covered by separate open source licenses remain under the terms of those licenses. The EULA governs the Licensor's own components and access to licensing services and updates.

Activation and technical data

The plugin can connect to the license server to activate, validate, deactivate the domain, check for updates and confirm permissions.
Technical data necessary to operate the license may be transferred to the server, in particular the key, product identifier, domain, website address, product version, WordPress and PHP, and activation status.

Violation of EULA and Final Provisions

In the event of a violation of the EULA, the Licensor may request the removal of the violation, limit access to updates, block the key or terminate the license with future effect. A serious security breach or unauthorized key distribution may justify an immediate block.
To the extent permitted by law, Licensor is not responsible for data loss resulting from lack of backup, Customer's environment conflicts, Customer's published materials or indirect damages. The limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded.
The EULA is valid from its acceptance upon purchase, trial or activation. The applicable law is Polish law, without prejudice to the absolute rights of the consumer.
