Seller and the scope of the Regulations

The Regulations define the rules for the purchase and electronic delivery of the Estate Office Property Tour plug-in, use of the Customer account, license key, updates and the Customer Panel.

Estate Office Property Tour is a WordPress plugin for creating and publishing virtual property tours. The scope of functions results from the product description and the version available at the time of purchase.
The package specifies the price, currency, license period, number of domains, access to updates and products included in the purchase. The bundled package can generate a separate license key for each product.

Electronic services include the Customer account, purchase forms, payment, license issuance, domain activation, plug-in download, license status check and update provision.
To use the website, you need Internet access, a current browser, an active e-mail address and the necessary cookies. The plugin requires a compatible WordPress and PHP environment indicated with the product.
The Customer may not provide illegal content, attack the license server, bypass security measures or use forms and APIs in a way that disrupts the operation of the service.

Before purchasing, the Customer selects the package and currency, sees the full price and products included in the package, and then accepts the appropriate Regulations and EULA.
Payments are handled by PayU or PayPal. The merchant does not store the full card number or CVV/CVC code. The license is issued only after the operator confirms successful payment.
The promotional code only works in accordance with the conditions written for the code, in particular for the appropriate package, currency and period of activity. The amount after the discount is presented before going to the payment operator.

The plug-in and license key are digital content provided without a tangible medium. Delivery takes place via the Customer Panel and license activation after payment confirmation.
If the Customer has a statutory right of withdrawal, commencement of delivery before the expiry of the deadline requires his prior and express consent and confirmation of acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance, to the extent provided by law.
The provisions of the Regulations do not limit the rights of a consumer or entrepreneur under consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions.

Access to updates depends on license status and period. Before installing the update, the Customer should backup and check the compatibility of its version of WordPress, PHP, theme and other plugins.
The client is responsible for the rights to photos, panoramas, descriptions and other materials used in the walks and for the compliance of their publication with the law and the rights of third parties.

Complaints can be submitted to support@estateofficecrm.pl, providing the account email address, transaction number or license key and a description of the problem. A response will be provided without undue delay, no later than the deadline required by law.
The Regulations may be changed in the future for important reasons, in particular due to changes in the law, product, payment operator, licensing method or security requirements. The change does not reduce the already paid license period.
The applicable law is Polish law. Provisions on applicable law and jurisdiction do not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded to him by provisions that cannot be excluded by contract.
